My nails are not yellow even though they are almost always painted. I think it’s because I always use a base coat. Sometimes, colors like dark pink, dark blue, black, and red can stain nails, so it is always good to use a base coat. My favorite one is Nails INC Kensington Caviar Base Coat, it’s thick enough to create a nice barrier, but dries very quickly.
